Day 1 of building in public

I don't speak English. Every word here is AI. The startup is real.

I'm Tim — a solo founder building a SaaS for car dealerships from my kitchen, with no team, no budget, and one Claude Code subscription. Documenting every day.

Why I'm doing this in public

I'm an emigrant. I live with my family and two dogs in a rented apartment, and the lease has an end date. That's my deadline — real, not a marketing countdown.

I don't speak English. AI translates my words, voices my videos with a clone of my voice, and writes the code I can't write. Every word you're reading right now went through a machine. The decisions behind it are mine.

The product is almost ready. The MVP — fleet catalog, online booking, subscription billing — runs on staging, and the first client, a real car dealership, has signed a preliminary agreement.

No team. No budget. No office. One Claude Code subscription and a daily public log. If this works, you'll watch it happen. If it doesn't, you'll see that too.

What I'm actually building

A SaaS for car dealerships and rental companies: a fleet catalog, online booking with a real calendar, and subscription billing — all in one place.

  • Online booking

Customers pick dates on a calendar and book — no phone calls.

  • Subscription billing

One flat monthly plan. Payments handled automatically.
